Research projects- PEPR MIE – 16 Pasteur teams funded

11 projects have been selected for funding as part of the PEPR MIE call (France 2030) for a total budget of 22M€.

Out of these 11 projects, Institut Pasteur coordinates and/or participate to 8 projects with an overall funding of 3.36M€.

 

Institut Pasteur coordinates the following projects:

 

  • 3D-LUNGO (Deciphering the susceptibility to respiratory viruses in reconstructed 3D tissues): Lisa Chakrabarti (C); Samy Gobaa (P).

  • COPAFLICT (Decipher the pathogenesis of Lassa fever to identify innovative therapeutic targets): Sylvain Baize (C); Nathalie Jolly (P); Marie-Agnès Dillies (P)

  • ACME (Improving acceptability of response measures against emerging epidemic diseases): Judith Mueller (C) et Leonard Heyerdahl (P)

  • TICKRISK (Co-developing preparedness and risk communication: Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever knowledge, politics, experience on European borderlands): Tamara Giles-Vernick (C); Sarah Bonnet (P)

 

Institut Pasteur is a partner in the following projects:

 

  • CAZIKANO (Preventing and controlling infectious risk of contemporary African Zika virus strains): Louis Lambrechts (P); Nolwenn Jouvenet (P)

  • DEBS-Plague (Deciphering the environmental, biological, and societal factors driving the risk of plague reemergence in France): Javier Pizarro-Cerda (P)

  • LSDengue (Looking into severe dengue: determinants of dengue severity in French overseas territories): Lluis Quintana-Murci (P); Myrielle Dupont-Rouzeyrol, IP New Caledonia (P); Dominique Rousset, IP Guyana (P)

  • Sisp&Eau (Integrative Surveillance in Primary Care and WasteWater): Etienne Simon-Lorriere (P)
