Simplify your application to NIH with our turnkey templates

Applying for NIH grants can be complex and time consuming. Researchers are required to fill in several detailed forms, providing specific information depending on their project and the type of call for each application. If Institut Pasteur is the coordinating institution, the Principal Investigator also has to manage the application of the external partners, i.e. subawardee(s), who may not always be used to working on NIH grants.

To ease the process, we, the international division of the Grants Office, propose several turnkey templates.

What are the advantages?

Timesaving: Thanks to our template library, which follows the needs of the online application platform, researchers can focus on their science rather than the paperwork.

Compliance to NIH: Our templates are all pre-formatted with the NIH format requirements (margin, font type, etc.) and are annotated with guidance (contents description, maximum number of pages, etc.). They are kept up to date thanks to regular monitoring of the NIH Grant Policy Statement to adapt the templates to the latest requirements.

Personalized: Our templates are personalized with Institut Pasteur specific information and can be adapted to your needs.

As soon as you start the preparation of your grant application, a Grants Office project officer will prepare for you and your partner(s) an application package with all the necessary template forms to be completed. Your Project Officer will support you during the whole process, ensuring the good quality of your application, to maximize your chance of success.

We do hope our templates will be useful and will help you on this journey.
