Institut Pasteur celebrates month of Europe with Grants Office event

The Grants Office organized a special event on May 16, 2024, to celebrate the Month of Europe, highlighting the importance of European funding for research and innovation at the institute.

 

Sharing Experiences and Insights 

The key feature was a round table discussion, providing an opportunity for Pasteurians and panel members to share their experiences and insights. The distinguished panel included: 

  • Laure Bally-Cuif, discussing the PEPS ERC Synergy Grant under Horizon Europe 

  • Tamara Gilles-Vernick, presenting SonarGlobal and Sonar Cities collaborative projects from H2020 and Horizon Europe 

  • Giovanna Barba-Spaeth, sharing insights on the Yellow4Flavi collaborative project under Horizon Europe 

  • Michael White, elaborating on the PvSTATEM collaborative project in Horizon Europe 

  • Brice Bathellier, discussing the Hearlight collaborative project from H2020 

  • Ivo Boneca, sharing his point of view with his experience of panel member of collaborative projects calls

Participants exchanged valuable insights, tips, and success stories related to securing and managing European grants. 

 

Strengthening EU Collaboration 

Participating in and coordinating EU projects offers substantial benefits for Institut Pasteur.
