The Fondation Bettencourt Schueller, in the framework of the Impulscience® programme, has supported mid-career researchers every year, for a total of seven since 2022. This year two of our researchers were funded:

Elisa Gomez Perdiguero (Head of the Laboratory Macrophages and Endothelial cells, Department of the Developmental and Stem Cell Biology – Institut Pasteur). Dr Perdiguero has secured the funding for her groundbreaking project HEMATODEV: “Contribution of Developmental Hematopoiesis to Health and Disease”

Jérémie Barral (Head of the INSERM laboratory Neural coding in the auditory system, Hearing Institut – Institut Pasteur). Dr. Barral was awarded the funding for his outstanding project AudiLight: “Shedding light onto the auditory pathway: from the cochlea to the auditory cortex.”
We wish them to obtain great results!
The researchers supported by the Impulscience® programme are identified through the European Research Council's (ERC) calls for proposals. Please note that all Pasteurian researchers (including OREX) can benefit from grant writing support provided by Grants Office for ERC proposals. Please contact us via GOgrant_writing or GOeurope.
