Are you preparing a Horizon Europe, EDCTP, or other international grant application but still need to consolidate your consortium? The French ANR's MRSEI scheme (Montage de Réseaux Scientifiques Européens ou Internationaux – Support for Building European or International Scientific Networks) provides dedicated funding to help you get there.
Designed for French teams taking the coordination role, MRSEI covers the concrete steps needed to turn an informal network into a submission-ready international consortium.

✅ Are You Eligible?
Before applying, make sure you meet the three core criteria:
✓ You are coordinating a European or international collaborative project
✓ Your target call is single-stage (no pre-proposal phase)
✓ Your target call deadline falls at least 5 months after your MRSEI submission

✈️ Travel costs to consolidate scientific collaborations
✍️ Temporary personnel support for proposal writing
